Throughout my career, I’ve led initiatives that have delivered over USD $500 million in benefits and cost reductions by leveraging technology and lean process operations.

What drives me? Relationships and progression. I thrive on putting my clients first and motivating my colleagues to do the same. Whether it's solving complex challenges, optimising operations, or helping teams embrace new ways of working, my focus is always on practical solutions that create lasting impact.

I founded Elite Energy Consultants to bridge the gap between engineering expertise and modern technology. Too often, projects fail not because of ambition but due to a lack of the right expertise at the right time. My goal has always been to combine deep industry knowledge with digital platforms like EnergySys to simplify complexity, improve efficiency, and enable better decision-making.

As CEO, I lead a global team that shares my commitment to delivering cost-effective, risk-averse solutions. Our approach is built on real-world experience, collaboration, and a relentless focus on what’s right—for both our clients and our people.

Outside of work, I live in Florida, USA with my husband, Kevin, and our golden cocker spaniel, Alfie.

I am the Company Chairman of Elite Energy Consultant based  in Edinburgh, Scotland. Elite specialise in global implementation Production Excellence through Elite’s Production Management Framework underpinned by the EnergySys Cloud based platform.  

My diverse operations skill base includes all facets of upstream and mid-stream operations with leading E&P operators over the last 45 years​​.

During my career I have been involved in Production Excellence Implementation for Shell International and BG Group in many of their international assets. My current focus is on the expansion of implementation of  Production Management Framework in O&G operators worldwide.​

As a “hand on” consultant I have a keen interest in ensuring successful business outcomes for client covering both technology and processes, Focusing on delivering demonstratable value and sustainability to clients.

I have 30 years of engineering experience, working across many facets of Industrial IT systems. I have been involved in deploying global-scale industrial applications for customers such as Alcoa, Woodside, BHP, and many others. I have led global projects spanning several continents and managed teams of engineers to deliver solutions ranging from PLC-driven controls to decision-making tools that leverage information extracted from the control layer.

As the General Manager of Product & Strategy, I drive Elite’s strategic vision by aligning product development with business objectives and market demands. I lead a team of SMEs to design and deliver innovative solutions that streamline operations, optimise decision-making, and create competitive advantages.

With nearly 18 years of global experience across upstream and midstream, I have deep expertise in asset management, operations, subsurface, business development, energy transportation, hydrocarbon sales, and digital transformation.

Holding dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Petroleum Engineering, I actively bridge technical and commercial functions through digital solutions, strategic leadership, and industry publications.

I'm Fabio Terzini, CTO of CarbonOptics—a joint venture between Elite Energy Consultants and Nexia Edwards Marshall. I'm passionate about helping clients navigate regulatory requirements and drive the energy transition. With a background in chemical engineering and a PhD in reservoir engineering from The University of Queensland, I've worked on specialised engineering and IT projects worldwide. Before joining Elite Energy Consultants, I was involved in large-scale projects across Australia, New Zealand, and Brazil with Worley and Advisian. I’m also interested in hydrogen production, CCUS, and greenhouse gas emissions management.
