Throughout my career, I have witnessed projects within Oil and Gas Supermajors falter due to a lack of the right skills at crucial stages, particularly during requirements gathering. This realisation motivated me to establish our company with a vision to revolutionise production data management and decision-making processes by combining world-class engineers with modern technology.

I am the Company Chairman of Elite International Ltd based  in Edinburgh Scotland.  Elite specialise in implementation Production Excellence through Elite’s Production Management Framework underpinned by the EnergySys Cloud based platform.

My diverse operations skill base includes all facets of upstream and mid-stream operations with leading E&P operators over the last 45 years​​.

I have been involved in Production Excellence Implementation for Shell International and BG Group in many of their assets. My current focus is on the expansion of implementation of  Production Management Framework in O&G operators globally.​

As a “hand on” consultant I have a keen interest in ensuring successful business outcomes for client covering both technology and processes, Focusing on delivering value and sustainability to clients.

My background is in Project Management and Portfolio Management. I joined Elite because I saw a unique opportunity for me to share my experience and knowledge and support our teams and clients in the successful delivery of their projects. In addition to being able to share my experiences and support our team, the Elite culture is very different from other organizations, not only in the way in which we support our clients but how each and every team member supports each other in the project delivery and in their personal lives. My background is engineering. I believe in the work of Elite and in the products and services we offer. I’m driven to understand how we can continually improve, constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity and configuration in the industry.

I am the Global Product Owner at Elite, leading global product strategies. I leads the technical team in developing and executing the product line ups to meet market demand and maintaining competitive edge.

I have nearly 18 years of technical and management experience in onshore and offshore assets across diverse geographies. His Engineering and Commercial expertise have been built through Asset Management, Operations, Reservoir, Business Development, Energy Transportation, Hydrocarbon Sales and Digital solutions to organizational workflows.

I also hold dual Masters in Business Administration and Petroleum Engineering; contributing several publications in Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

I have been fortunate enough to be a part of our company's remarkable journey, expanding its footprint from New Zealand to a global scale. As someone deeply passionate about Project Management & Delivery, I bring a fresh perspective and enthusiasm, complemented by a robust background in technology contributing to the vibrant energy at Elite.  Committed to deliver exceptional results, I'm eager to be part of the collective effort to shape the future of the energy industry. Bringing over 25 years of experience in Project and Test Management in the Oil and Gas domain, I joined Elite for the fantastic opportunities it offered to continue expanding my knowledge. My focus in this role is supporting our teams and clients in the successful delivery of projects and support services. My key responsibilities are to provide steady leadership and to our teams and ensure that our projects are successful, whilst pushing the boundaries of creativity and configuration.
